FOUR: YOU NEED TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF YOUR HEAD.
IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO KNOW IT.
STREAM.
Stop intellectualizing and getting into lame ass conversations with people about spiritual geometry and etymology.
You’re fucking full of shit.
Allow the heaviness of the moment to hit you.
Fucking give up.
Stop thinking there’s a thought better than where you are.
This is all you’re going to fucking get.
If you have a remembering of someone special…a moment you are reminiscing on…you are not here.
If you’re seething over the rudeness or the opinion of a weak man…you are not here.
Is here not good enough for you?
Do you have a choice?
You do.
You can ‘live’ in your head while your body floats around in victim survival consciousness…always in anxiety of what dangers may come or how you were fucked over in life. You can have fantasies of things not actually happening and people not actually there.
You can be deeply in reaction to the world and lose:
all sense of creativity…
the ability to create…
the flow state…
streaming in the now…
Breathe.
Harder.
Deeper.
(perv)
There might be something that you really don’t have a desire for and you are forcing yourself to do it because it seems right…
That’s shadow.
Don’t force. Breathe. Come back.
You’re gone into a mind state of doing something and suffering while doing it.
Do it without torturing yourself.
Be here.
When you do something you’re scared of, you’re rewarded emotionally for doing it.
Not because you faced your fear, but because you truly interacted with life.
Intuition and Inspired Action
Intuition and inspired action often seems illogical and disconnected to the result you are trying to create.
We often don't follow our inspired action or intuition because it makes no sense or we fear a consequence.
We think it's dumb, illogical, etc.
I believe in the combination of logic and intuition.
The ability to make a snap decision (and trust it) is truly living in the moment.
But, you need to check your intuition and walk into this slowly, especially if you’re a beginner.
You may have a thought that you consider intuition, and it could ruin you.
THIS IS A WARNING.
If there’s any possibility that an idea that you have could really put you at some kind of risk, skip it.
Your intuition needs programming, too.
Your brain is going to serve up ideas all the time.
Intuition is not an obligation nor is it magic.
You can observe it. You can judge it. You can drop it.
I personally like to keep my ideas written when I find my intuition is running pretty hard, having a nice note pad and pen handy.
Some people will tell you to follow your intuition exactly as it tells you, at the very moment it tells you.
Fuck those assholes.
They won’t be there when your intuition serves you an idea that puts you at risk.
You have to consciously put a stop to that bullshit.
Although, many times, doing it here and now…and with precision…is actually the best advice.
Here’s the ‘system’.
If you have a thought and it won’t hurt you at all to do it…or it won’t be some crazy distraction from your greater goals…then go for it.
Have a strong internal risk assessment sitting right next to your intuition.
Filter out the stupid ideas.
The revenge ideas. (Wasted Time and Self-Destruction)
The ‘spend all your money on an inspirational feeling’ ideas. (Gambling)
Buying someone a gift in hopes they will like you for it. (Whore Behavior)
I personally believe great intuition is in the moment…knowing what you already have to do and following it as best as you can.
Being deeply involved in the activity.
The house always wins…and you are the house.
If there is any risk, it’s a no. If I like it and it makes plain sense, I do it. Worse case is I spent time and effort on a calculated move and it didn’t work perfectly. But I avoided disaster.
I am here.
Your mind won't be able to tell the difference between inspiration and procrastination, or self-sabotage, or taking your eye off the ball.
This is why you give it time to breathe. If it’s an obviously safe thing to do…go for it. There’s satisfaction in following a sudden urge. It’s like direct speech from your subconscious. It’s just fun.
Also…if it’s scary, but it’s still safe…I would advise it.
Maybe it’s a potentially awkward or embarrassing situation. Or you just feel generally anxious about following your intuition on something safe, but scary.
Take a moment to really examine what your intuition just asked you to do.
Notice there is no real consequence, and that you are simply afraid to lose control of the moment.
But you can’t.
You are here.
The arguments and logical structures in your head can simply be let go of...to be replaced by ‘spiritual logic’...energetic frequency-based relationships between patterns of consciousness.
Just focus on the word ‘patterns’.
For example getting healthier could be what is connected to your income, or sleeping more could be connected to your relationships, etc.
It often doesn’t make logical sense.
But you know it’s good for you.
And what’s good for you is always linked to other things that are good for you as well.
Be careful of your mind interrupting to seek control.
Just let the next message drop in.
