First, a little raging against the machine. Don’t forget these people are the same piles of shit that you are. Meaning, they eat. They sleep. They move and speak the same. Their facial expressions are the same.
It’s the same machine.
They have theirs and you have yours.

This is the one we REALLY look up to.
We like it when we see a person do great things.
We wish we had the audacity to believe in ourselves that much…that we just get to the grind and become the greatest version of ourselves.
That being said.
Let’s talk about your health.
If you consume shit.
You WILL become shit.
Shit:
Alcohol - Beer, Wine, Liquor, Etc.
Drugs - Weed, Cocaine, Pills, Shrooms, Ecstasy, Etc.
Fast Food.
Processed foods: Cookies, Chips, Cakes, Etc.
Sugars: Candy, Soda, Fake Juice (Kool-Aid, Etc.)
Mind you…I still consume some of these things to this day. But not nearly as much as I used to. I actually have nothing against them and consider none of them evil. I might grab some candy and nibble throughout the day on a bag of skittles. I might go out to a restaurant and have a beer with my meal. But the healthy outweighs the shit. I am at the point where cookies will make me sick. This is good. My body now requires premium fuel.
That’s the first battle.
You don’t need a fucking scientific study or a doctor to figure that equation out.
Some people who read this are eating bullshit multiple times a day.
There’s the SHIT COMBO that fat asses like to eat on football game day parties.
Beer + Processed Carbs (Chips) + Fake Melted Canned Cheese + Soda + Cookies + ETC. = ASS EXPLOSION/FAT GAIN/METABOLISM DROP/FOCUS LOST
We can talk about raising standards and working hard all day long but if your body can’t focus or move or be emotionally and mentally stable…
YOU ARE FUCKED.
You need to CLEAN THE MACHINE.
Notice I just said CLEAN.
A funky little health hack that people don’t tell you is that you can get clean pretty fucking fast.
We’re not talking about cutting fat or building muscle or becoming uber flexible.
We just want CLEAN.
When you get to being clean, then your body will be better at doing the rest.
But that part has to come first.
Clean:
The opposite of shit.
Meats.
Vegetables.
Clean Carbs: Rice, Grains, Oatmeal. (You can still get fat off of these but it’s WAY better than carbs from chips.)
Fruits. (Careful with the sugar…it’s STILL sugar even if it’s not in a candy bar.)
Water.
Tea.
Coffee is fine, just take it easy.
The game: SYSTEMS ETHIC. GET IN YOUR BODY.
We are playing a game of attrition.
Meaning a democracy in the body.
If there is 51% votes of clean product getting in your body, you are moving in the right direction.
The closer to 100% you get, the more you will literally FEEL and SEE the difference.
It’s wild.
How to start playing: Consume different, naturally.
If you eat like shit, there’s no way that you’re going to drop everything and just eat healthy. Very few people have that will power and those that do are going to have a real fucking tough time.
Just ADD to the percentage.
If you eat fast food all day everyday…grab a bagged salad and eat it once a day along with your fast food.
That’s it.
The fucking END.
Live your life as normal.
Don’t think you are going to get ripped and sexy.
You are getting CLEAN.
That’s it.
Ripped and Sexy comes AFTER clean.
Give it a week or two…less if you feel like it.
Add more water.
Add more veggies.
Keep the shit food.
I don’t care.
Just climb up to that 51%…
That’s when it’s really going to hit. Your body will feel more satisfied. You will feel more energy. You will sleep better. The basic operating system will come back online. You will look at shit food differently. You will begin to enjoy the energy that you get more than the dopamine hit from the trash food.
Yes, you have to be consistent.
No, you will not be consistent.
Yes, you will fuck up.
No, it won’t ruin your progress.

I don’t give a fuck what your body re-composition goals are, to be honest.
You’re not getting anywhere without getting clean, first.
Get clean.

Now that you are treating your body with some fucking respect, your body will begin to give you the energy and focus you need to get shit done.
Focus is the name of the game.
Control is the key to focus.
Systems are the key to control.
Back to CLEAN.
We are beat the fuck up by infinite distraction.

How we are literally physically and psychologically surrounded so that it’s natural for us to become stupid, lazy, controllable, and weak?
All these things that you think are your fault are NOT.
You were born into a system of consumption.
You are a slave and someone made it feel like freedom.
You are not free until you can walk by all this shit and not care.
When you see everyone else as they are…also slaves.
When you are free…you can easily have standards that you can rise up to and boundaries that you uphold against those who seek to bring you down.
You are in the space of developing power.
We are getting closer.
YOU…are getting closer.
The more you can remove distraction…the more you can work.
Get the phone out of the room.
Turn off the music…or just listen to it at low volume OR listen to instrumental music. (Remember…51%)
If there’s a bunch of shit on your desk you don’t use…move it or put it away.
It’s the exact same game of CLEAN we played with our bodies.
Now we play with our environment.
At some point, you may find that the things that used to distract you are easy to ignore.
The same way that the cookies started to look like shit, losing focus will piss you off.
I know you are going to be able to access all of the courses and I surely encourage you to go through all of them…
