Take a little time to learn this move, but then just play the game.
Put on some of your favorite music.
I’m a huge fan of rap, hip hop, and reggaeton.
I also find this is great to a genre known as trip hop.
I even will do this to jazz or classical.
Think of music that you consider fun and energetic, or smooth and silky.
I could even imagine doing this to RnB.
If you want to create structure, you can do moves on a timer.
I often will use a boxing timer to allow myself ‘rounds’ to practice moves to.
Maybe a full 3 minute boxing round of Ginga play.
Or doing 30 second intervals of different variations of Ginga and Cocorinha.
More than anything.

It’s rare to have a workout regimen that’s fun to do and gives you a mini adventure every session.
