I had taken time to start AI prompting without really understanding how to AI prompt.
My decision was to start utilizing AI by dumping info about my current height weight and health challenges along with the information on my current supplements and diet.
…
What came back was relatively rudimental so it felt safe - and was enough to motivate me back into the gym. So, on that account, it was good. However, I only found that, when it came to the supplements, I was basically wasting my money trying to stack out basic vitamins in hopes of an overall energizing effect.
At the time, I was also taking some specialty supplements for testosterone boosting and fat burning. They worked. I think I got excited and over used them but boy did they work.
I learned a few things.
I don't know shit.
I need to hold more confidence in the reality than the dream. - I just blindly followed AI in hopes of a better performing stack (supplement combination) out of excitement and mental laziness.
I need to learn to use AI way better than I do. - I took my first short YouTube lesson on AI and it was eye opening as it gave tools and principles that could be used right away.
I'm sure there are other lessons to consider. But ultimately I learned that I need to trust how I feel a little more than some online reviews or a well crafted sales page. I need to be as present as possible at all times.
Bye.
